Enormous tension on the nose between the Reine Claude plum, fruit, lime, angelica and light honey. On the palate this Auslese from the Sonnenberg shows a high viscosity and a gripping acidity, with some vegetal notes, lime blossom and something pyridine-like emerging. Long-lasting.
