The white wine »Kernstück« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut H.J. Ernst has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Goldmuskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Scheurebe from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Floral notes on the nose, elderflower, ripe pears, apricots, mango, sage, hay. Full of juice in the mouth, spiciness that plays wonderfully with fruit and its sweetness and carries into the finish, slender, balanced and accessible drinking pleasure, a cuvée for many occasions.
