Strong golden yellow. Wine as medicine, here comes the scent: sage, chamomile and smoke, cider, a little sauna infusion, ethereal-herbal, spruce needle, camphor, Earl Grey, caraway seeds. Slender structure, quite dry, precise acidity and salty minerality, the fine-meshed phenolics create profile, clearly defined, also depth, quite "naturally rich".
