Cloudy golden yellow, dried sage on the nose, also chamomile, pear, smoke, quince, a hint of liquorice. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, dense, ripe phenolics, vivid acidity, juicy, with a fine texture and more savouriness, good length, full of character.
