Bright, light straw yellow. An intense and clean nose, with plenty of fresh fruit—notably fresh apple and mirabelle plums—and a hint of sage in the background. Shows lovely balance on the palate, expanding steadily, gliding smoothly along, with a salty note and rich fruit on the finish.
