The white wine Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese, vintage 2005 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Light green yellow in colour. Fine citrus and grapefruit zest on the nose, subtle herbal savouriness, smoky minerality, some wet rock. Freshly structured on the palate, perfectly balanced, beautifully integrated fruit sweetness, supple and long lasting, elegant style, with just a hint of botrytis honey on the finish. It has very good potential.
