Golden yellow in colour. Quince jelly, apple and cherry, but also an extremely fine botrytis and peppery notes typical of the vineyard. Highly concentrated acidity, oily base, fruit-driven sweetness, very distinctive tactile minerality, a Trockenbeerenauslese of excellent clarity and brilliance, with extremely high density.
