Pale straw yellow colour. Cool nose, delicate floral scents paired with stone fruit and delicate spicy notes of anise and butcher's broom, also fresh hay. On the palate texture and fine creaminess, simultaneously balanced with fresh acidity and immense juciness. Very long finish, skilful!
