Tasting from 01.09.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Initially still a little yeasty on the nose, very young, then gaining fruit and savouriness in the glass: some green bell pepper, blackcurrant. Juicy acidity on the palate, straightforward and unaffected, good proportions with measured alcohol, chalky-mineral foundation. Great length. Not a wine for beginners.
