Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Fruity and savoury aroma of cherries, plums with cinnamon, some yeast pastry with vanilla, subtle smoke and clove. Sets softly and smoothly on the palate with fine spice and a rather mellow acidity that fits tightly to the substantial texture. Medium grain tannins, well balanced, medium complexity and length.
