The sekt Cuvée brut nature, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Klopfer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
On the nose, reserved notes, yellow apple, clove with a hint of nutmeg and some curry. On the palate, an elegant but energetic mousse. Very finely chiseled and balanced. Some smoke. Medium length.
