The red wine »Modus K«, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Klopfer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The aroma is of chocolate and dark berries, with floral undertones. And mint. On the palate, the wine concentrates its power in the firm, ripe tannin, the fruit still appears youthful and closed but is wonderfully juicy. Only at the very beginning of its drinking window - with a decade of further development potential ahead of it. Mentholated finish.
