Flows opaque in the glass with slight brightening at the rim. Present black cherry, blackberry and elderberry on the nose, blackberry pulp, black pepper. Substantial and fruity on the palate with a fine-nerved acid backbone, the substance is countered by tightly knit extract and clear, dark fruit, which lasts until the finish, dark, tart chocolate, fine-grained tannin, elegant finish.
