Light golden yellow colour, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Delicate yellow tropical fruits, a hint of mango and yellow apple, notes of orange zest, some blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine peach touch, fresh acidity, mineral and good persistence, a versatile food wine.
