It has a brilliant and rich straw yellow colour. On the nose it opens with a pronounced minerality, notes of flint, then lemon balm and nectarines. It unfolds on the palate with plenty of juicy fruit, lots of white peach, a taut acidity that lends tension, and a long finish.
