The white wine »Premium Alte Reben« Erbach Riesling trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Lamm-Jung has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Slight hint of petrol on the nose, but also fruity aromas of stewed apple, reindeer lily and orange blossom. On the palate the wine has a punchy structure, a firm, sturdy foundation and further reserves of extract for bottle ageing.
More about the tastingDiscreet golden yellow. Fine wood spice combines on the nose with ripe late harvest fruit, peach and passion fruit, also honeycomb. Amazingly fresh on the palate with crystalline acidity, juicy yellow palate fruit, mineral tinged. Elegant!
