Unsere Premiumweine stammen aus Steillagen mit bis zu 36° Steigung und sind in ganzjähriger, liebevoller Handarbeit entstanden. Sehr rassiger Wein, hergestellt aus wurzelechten Rieslingreben, die sehr tiefgründig ihre Nährstoffe in einem dunkelblauen Schieferboden suchen. Sehr mineralisch, fein, mit eleganter, reifer Säure. Ausgebaut im Fuderfass.

Dense and savoury aroma with white peach and mirabelle plum, green kiwi, stony and slatey, fresh mint. Taut and filigree Riesling with low alcohol and an energetic nature finely-meshed with mineral savouriness, dry, elegant.
