Light salmon pink, silver reflections, fine mousse. Fresh red forest berryish confit, preserved cherries, inviting bouquet, with candied orange zest in the background. Slender, white apple, delicate strawberry flavour, fine acidity, mineral, light-footed, summery and animating style.
