On the nose: peach yoghurt, apricot, herbal savouriness and a hint of overripeness. The palate opens with intense sweetness, countered by a straight, steely acidity, mineral notes and an acid kick determine the acidity centre, before the sweetness takes the lead again on the finish, supported by very long-lasting yellow-fruity aromas.
