The colour is like a white wine. A finely nuanced, berry Pinot on the nose. Subtle yeast, also floral undertones, rose hip. The palate develops a broad, dynamic mousse, the acidity appears rather mild and is surrounded by smooth layers. A very harmonious Brut Nature with a certain fullness.
