Delicate aromas, freshly grated apples, thyme and tarragon, also cherry stones, very warm on the nose. A fine, creamy acidity on the palate, well balanced, slightly tart, with animated citrus notes. Enormous persistence on the finish, with lots of grip, fantastic length, great!
