Caraway, Boskoop apple, peppery, a slight woody influence. Smooth on the palate, rounded off by delicate sweetness, seamlessly integrated acidity, fine bottle maturity, which gives the wine a very elegant, almost mild appearance. The high alcohol is integrated.
