Tasting Notes
Cherry brandy, lime, a powerful aroma. Very dense on the palate, intensely mineral coupled, still almost astringent despite the five years of maturity, lots of juice, lively acidity, extremely elegant, powerful and yet somehow also light. And very, very mineral.
