Tasting Notes
Wonderful bouquet, with a high complexity of pear, ripe almond and pink peach as well as a little smoke. Elegant and deep on the palate with a clear extract core. A wine with good texture and an attractive finish.
More about the tastingDelightfully subtle aromas, neither dominated by oak nor fruit, merely suggesting depth and structure. Ripe white flower and density characterise the palate impression. Soft and somewhat plush, less vivid than the Chardonnay.
