Tasting Notes
Some wood on the nose, pineapple. Rich and creamy on the palate, viscous layers, mild acidity, very dry, seems inconspicuous at the moment, the wood influence is quite clear on the palate, a Burgundy-like Riesling designed for silkiness.
More about the tastingIts aroma already suggests an independent wine: apple chips, pineapple and peach alongside smoky minerality in the background. A full-bodied taste with vibrant acidity and cool fruit. Ethereal finish.
