Tasting from 01.07.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Notes of roasted sesame, herbs and green leaves on the nose. On the palate, the wine starts with a suppleness, then becomes full-bodied but well proportioned. The supporting acidity is ripe and very well integrated. This is a light, but dense Franconian dry Silvaner that ends emphatically salty. .
