On the nose: candied orange peel, red apple, rock flour. In the mouth, the wine starts with a pinch of carbonic acid, then focuses entirely on the contrast of tactile minerality and juicy-sweet fruit. Site-typical richness and elegance go hand in hand. The wine will age really well!
