Initially still somewhat characterised by spontaneous fermentation, but quickly aerating into an intense fruit of ripe, complex amalfi lemon. Smooth on the palate with a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity, a nuanced, very elegant late-harvest wine despite the warm year.
