The sekt Rosé de blanc et noir Brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Ökonomierat Petgen-Dahm has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Auxerrois from the region Moselle in Germany.
Pale salmon pink. Very clear, fresh, berry aroma, recognisably good precision at the time of harvest. The Mosseux unfolds a good dynamic, is not too brash, not too mild, the cultivated acidity and the comparatively restrained sweetness give the wine an animating impression, the final fruit remains long and takes up the aromas of the fragrance again.
