The red wine »Carpe Diem« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Paul Schumacher has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Ahr in Germany.
At first scents of slate and then also of Pinot. A very distinguished aroma! On the palate, the wine turns out to be a firmly built Pinot of medium body, fresh and well proportioned, with very good ageing potential.
