Lots of savouriness on the nose, pepper, flint, limestone, smoke, nettle, fennel, subtle fruit, white grapefruit and peach. Dense and tightly woven on the palate, with ripe acidity, silky phenolics, firm core and good extract. Very long, with plenty of ageing potential.
