Subtle aroma, flint, smoke, lemons, pomelo, kumquat, fennel green, caraway seeds, mustard seeds. Firm structure and good extract on the palate, silky phenolics, ripe acidity, tightly interwoven with mineral savouriness and clear fruit, dense and with good ageing potential.
