Tasting Notes
Remnants of the youthful reduction are still there, but there is also a lush, ripe fruit: Amarena cherry, blueberry, beeswax. The palate structure fits a rich, ripe, fine-grained tannin coupled with lime and minerals into an oily-viscous base, which holds together very tightly, is accompanied by extract-sweet fruit, and ends still compact, but already with great length.
