Tasting Notes
Strong colour. Opulent fruit: Banana, wild strawberry, pear. Surprisingly lean and cool on the palate, mineral in character, with a smooth texture and a pronounced softness, but without excess alcohol or exaggerated fat. Strong substance on the finish. Very individual style. A meta-level Chardonnay.
More about the tastingIn the nose a strong spicy note, herbs, pear, quince and nuts. Relatively soft on the palate, shows structure and substance and has somewhat broader hips than the Rieslings. Dry and spicy, sommeliers have a lot of fun with this Chardonnay.
