Deep dark ruby colour with opaque core, purple reflections and delicate brightening on the rim. Fine notes of cassis and black berries, hints of liquorice, nuances of figs, a touch of nougat. Complex, textured, with notes of dark fruits, vivid tannins, delicate notes of Valrhona chocolate, very good length, fine savoury nuances, good ageing potential, dark minerality.
