Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate aromas of fresh bell pepper, nuances of white stone fruit, dark minerality and a touch of grapefruit zest. Taut, tightly meshed, white apple, fine structure, mineral-salty, persistent, with limes on the finish. The wine seems incredibly light-footed, and is an animating food companion with good ageing potential.
