It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Apple, mango, white pepper and - as one judge wrote - "wine gum". Soft approach on the palate, rather lightweight in the extract, CO2 freshness, almost viscously layered in the finish.
