Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

A lot of rose scent flows from the elegant, old-fashioned Bocksbeutel, plus a little pineapple confit. Fresh on the palate with very fine phenolics, the aromatic nuances from the nose persist. Only the finish displays a little warmth, overall very nicely balanced.
