Tasting Notes
On the nose, very subtle use of wood, yeasty notes, Burgundy berry tones and a hint of honey. The palate is full-bodied but with drive. There's fullness and texture but a controlled alcohol. The finish shows a savoury, terroir-led character. The door to the grown-up development of aromatics is only open a very small crack at the moment. Finishes salty.
