Straw yellow colour in the glass, very elegant nose with the typical spiciness of Gewürztraminer, also delicate dill blossom, appears cool. Fresh and powerful on the palate at the same time, extremely juicy, high drinking flow with delicate herbal notes, skilful style with a long finish.

The nose is initially quite yeasty and somewhat closed, but on contact with air, releases floral aromas, rose and lychee, underlaid with "stony", chalky-savoury nuances. The palate stylishly combines suppleness and body with texture and a firm acidic core, the mineral elements add a tactile element, pronounced fruit on the finish with a savoury note. Alsace is close at hand.
