Fine and delicate aroma, white flowers, crushed rock, quince, yellow apple, Mirabelle plum, hay, dried herbs. Powerful and generous on the palate with fruit and subtle sweetness flanked by mineral savouriness that carries onto the finish with firm and ripe acidity, gastronomic type.
