Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Cloudy with a golden yellow base colour. The nose mixes floral notes (rose, lavender) with very ripe, candied yellow fruit, Mirabelle plum and apricot, plus a peppery terroir note and some yeast. The palate is very round and silky, finely textured, with a lively backbone of acidity and clear mineral components. Finely crafted and very strong!.
