Tasting Notes
Ripe colour. A whole bouquet of berries, flowers and nuts on the nose, with very fine ripeness, but also still with radiance and freshness. Full-bodied on the palate, mildly melted, ripe acidity, juiciness carries onto the long finish. Charm and depth!
More about the tastingLime blossom honey, dried apricot and undergrowth in a bouquet that does not deny its age and does not have to. The maturity on the palate suits it well, as it still has enough acidity to support it and has retained its fresh structure.
