Apple peel, caraway, almond. Not extremely open on the nose. On the palate, the wine is elegant and proportioned, salty, incredibly "drinkable" in its structure, light but not weak, cultivated acidity, a hint of sweetness gives resonance to the savoury palate flavours. Juicy finish, good length.
