The white wine »Burgunder Trilogie« Hessloch trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Ruppert-Deginther has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Some honey on the nose, white flowers, hay, also cassata and candied ripe fruit. On the palate the wine shows some body, suppleness, nerve and substance harmonise, good density, ripe, seamlessly integrated acidity, a hint of wood is well integrated.
