Tasting Notes
Fresh and clear with blackberry and elderberry, but also lacking development, as you'd expect for its age. The palate is concentrated and straightforward, with fine-grained tannin in medium-high quantity, and well-supporting acidity. It is completely Burgundian in layout, underpinned with fine minerality, lean and yet powerful, and with early approachability. Freshness, depth - and even a trace of charm.
