Tasting Notes
A cherry fruit that is still closed and only very discreetly influenced by wood is reminiscent of the Côte de Nuits. There is also a hint of herbs in the background. The palate is enormously tense, and does so with extremely fine means. Acidity and substance are integrated by suppleness and enhanced in their piquancy by tactile minerality. Fine and firm, extremely young.
