Spiciness and fruit combine to create great piquancy: black pepper, olive tapenade, blueberry, gooseberry. The attack has the oiliness of a Hermitage, then a fine-grained, relaxed tannin unfolds, a ripe acidity that blends seamlessly with the body, the finish is again characterized by a supple, oily roundness and spicy aromas.
