Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate reductive savouriness of peanut chips, roasted hazelnuts and some flint, in the background yellow tropical fruit; an attractive bouquet. Taut, funky, yet elegant, fine white fruit, silky texture, pleasant acidity, delicately salty in the finish, lingers, honeydew melon in the aftertaste, spicy and with good length.
