The red wine »Collection Furore« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Ortenberg has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Notes of blackcurrant, graphite and menthol emanate from the glass, accompanied by cinnamon and smoky aromas. The structure is powerful but well proportioned: ripe tannins dominate the palate without drying it out, acidity, fruit and minerality have their place and give substance to the structure. Very good length.
